Eligibility criteria for SSR (Senior Secondary Recruit) and MR (Matric Recruit) in the Indian Navy in aspects of educational qualification and age limit are mentioned below.
SSR (Senior Secondary Recruit): Candidates must have completed their 10+2 (Intermediate) examination with Physics, Mathematics, or one of the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, or Computer Science.
MR (Matric Recruit): Candidates must have completed their Class 10 (High School) examination from a recognized board in India.
For SSR and MR: Candidates must born after November 1, 2003, and before April 30, 2007.
Height: 157 cm for male candidates and 152 cm for female candidates.
Running: 1.6 kilometres in 6 minutes 30 seconds for males and 8 minutes for females.
Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak): 20 times for males and 15 times for females.
Push Ups: 12 times for males only.
Sit-ups: 10 times for females only.
